Seacoast Brokers, LLC offers resort and secondary homeowner insurance products to retail insurance agents for properties located in resort areas, coastal regions, including unique or high-value homeowner communities. The company specializes in insuring rentals, corporate or partnership-owned units, secondary, seasonal homes and condominiums for homeowners and investors.

Starting from a one-policy, one-program, one-state beginning, Seacoast Brokers, LLC and its subsidiaries today offer insurance products to agents in 16 states totaling nearly 40,000 policyholders. During the next two years, the Seacoast Companies family of products expands to include several new states on the United States east coast and in the mountain and mid west resort regions.

The company’s unique system for data tracking and analysis permits us to write insurance profitably in areas where regular catastrophes factor significantly in measuring profitability. Staying abreast of technology allows us to use our systems to process large numbers of transactions, in a system custom-designed to track our operations.

The Seacoast Companies include claims administration and adjustment as other insurance specialties. Each program’s ultimate profitability depends on proper claims management and adjustment. Each market we represent determines the style and methodology of claims handling.  We handle claims through a Third Party Administrators, using company appointed independent adjusters or Seacoast Companies staff members.
